The hotel is located just behind the train station in Lyon’s 2nd arrondissement. The building itself is beautiful, elegant, and full of historic charm. While some parts of the interior décor feel a bit dated, the beds are modern and extremely comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
What impressed us most was the friendliness and warmth of the staff. We arrived very early in the morning, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in well before the standard check-in time. They even mentioned that they completely understood how exhausting a long journey from Canada could be. This thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely welcomed and was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service and a wonderful stay overall!

We loved our stay in Lyon! The hotel was perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The architecture was absolutely magnificent. We especially loved the beautiful blend of old and modern design—the high ceilings, large windows, and historic details gave the hotel so much character while still feeling stylish and comfortable.
A truly beautiful place to stay, and we would happily return!

A truly enjoyable visit. The staff- particularly Cherine went well out of her way to assist us with transport, information and directions. I cannot say enough about hoe great our stay was. When I return to Lyon this is my preferred residence!

Clean and Well presented. Decor was tasteful. Rooms were clean and well looked after.
