It was great and very clean. The host was amazing and helped us find a taxi to the airport!

It was a great location surrounded by lots to do. It was large with a kitchen so we could make food and coffee.

Beautiful apartment in central Firenze

The location, apartment itself etc - everything was lovely! The host was friendly and offered to take only the luggage up with an elevator.

The only problem we found was with the AC in our room, it made a horrible noise all night long. And I think the fair point was that we could not understand how to use it as well - whatever button we pressed, it wasn't reacting immediately, nor turning off, nor turning on. It was a mess. :)
