Posizione fantastica, con affaccio diretto sulla Basilica di Santa Croce.
L'appartamento era molto pulito, confortevole e spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario e di aria condizionata, che di questi tempi è essenziale. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l'host.
Essendo in un palazzo storico le scale sono ripide e strette quindi attenzione se avete bagagli pesanti, bambini o problemi a salire le scale.
Migliorerei la connessione wifi

It was not stated that there is no lift. I got the room at 3rd floor without lift with baggages. Not recomended for those with alot of luggage. Airconds provided but all not cold. We had misserable nights during summer in Aug 2026. Call the hose the answer given aircond is running it's just weather asthough we have not used airconds in our country.
No lift. Highest floor. Airconds should be well service before you sell your rooms.

Buen apartamento para familias. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y una persona vino en 5 minutos porque se encarga del mantenimiento del resto de pisos del edificio ... muy bien y muy rápido la verdad .... encantador !
Que la televisión no tenía conexión a internet y fue un poco aburrido para los niños ... es lo único que puedo decir ... por lo demás todo perfecto !

The location…..was solo so glad it was situated on an open street for security going in at night…..bedroom good size and comfy. Guy in office so, so helpful.
Stairs four flights no lift….. shower tiny,
Tv in living space tiny, and couch a sofa bed I know but very grubby looking……so had to put a sheet over it to sit down and even then so uncomfortable.
