We loved how authentically Balinese it was. The rooms were all very individual and spacious. Plenty of activities to immerse in.
Too far to walk to the beach. However this could also be a positive as it was quiet and peaceful

Smiling and friendly staff that welcomes you with a warm smile. They really put us at ease with their hospitality from the moment we checked in.
We stayed in the "Dream" house. The thing we didn't like was there was a construction right next door during the daytime and the workers could virtually look into our rooms and bathrooms. Would have been nice to have some privacy. Also, more alarmingly, we had a few termites in the room. We could see the wooden dust collect every few hours below the doors. When pointed out, there was nothing the staff did. It really put us off.

Old and well used.
48hrs and the service lost its shine & the chef dissapeared replaced by teenagers cooking.
Old, rusty and faulty or not working Gym.
Under-cooked food.
Poorly mixed drinks.
