Das Zimmer war groß uns sauber. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es waren am Strand und am Pool immer genügend Liegen frei. Eine Liegenreservierung zB duch Handtücher fand deshalb nicht statt. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und preislich nicht überhöht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einfach, und hat überhaupt nicht gewechselt in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts.
Es gab nur eine Sorte Brot, das oft trocken und vom Vortag war. Es gab Margarine, keine Butter. Die Eier, ob gekocht oder Rührei, waren immer kalt. In anderen Hotels gibt es zumindest Wärmeplatten. Die fehlten hier.
Das Frühstück ist dringend verbesserungswürdig.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location right on beach and near many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was complete with lots of good stuff.
No pictures on walls, no chair at the desk, very little furniture in room, shower not working correctly, one (broken) trash can. I think they need to put a little more into the surroundings. Elevators very small.

Views, pool, really spacious rooms. Fell asleep to the sounds of the sea
Air con didn’t work, but it was ok we opened the balcony door.

The hotel is very good,right by the sea
I stayed there in August,after being is Saranda. It's a sandy beach, clean and quite. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cleaned daily. Food was delicious and the price was very good for what is offered. The pool was spacious and peaceful. I recommend it.
