The best thing about Al-Azeem Hotel is its incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, especially Mr. Bilal (Manager). Unlike many hotel staff in Murree, these people genuinely understand the meaning of hospitality and know how to make their guests feel special and even surprise them with their warmth and service.
I will definitely choose Al-Azeem Hotel every time I plan to visit Murree. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Al Azeem. Tucked away from the main road, the hotel sits in a beautifully quiet area—perfect for anyone looking to truly unwind. Our room was clean and offered a stunning view of the valley that we couldn’t get enough of.
What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.
Nature lovers will be in heaven here—we spotted plenty of wildlife, including playful monkeys right from our window. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being very close to the Ayubia Pipeline Track and Tunnel, which made exploring effortless. Highly recommended for a refreshing getaway!

The staff and Azeem sahab were very cooperative. Service was exceptional and readily available. They would provide quick service and were readily available.
Hotel was at a very steap height so when you are going u need to be in low gear and make sure you don’t stop. Plus going down from hotel and coming back again is very hectic. Very difficult for older people to walk by foot to the hotel.
