We stayed 4 nights at Ascott Heng Shan Shanghai and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city.
The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, and because it was my wife’s birthday, they even prepared a small surprise for us, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.
We had read some negative comments about the breakfast beforehand. While it is indeed quite simple, we found it perfectly adequate and enough to start the day.
