I liked the ease of self-checking in with the door code. Checking in without any fuss. Not sure how to change its rating but would give it an 8.5.
We stayed in the Family Unit and although parking was okay, not sure what we would have done if there were others in accommodation next door to us - ie 3 units x 2 parking.

The self-check in made it so easy to get comfortable immediately. There were like 3 heater options (We mostly used the AC) and the kitchen was well-equipped.
The bathroom is a combined toilet and shower with no lip, and the fan was connected to the light so every time you needed to use it, there was a loud fan noise...

Room was not totally clean. We had to wash utensils before use and the portable hob was filthy with food and grease. A cereal bowl had a hair in it. Bed mattress was way too soft so uncomfortable but this is personal preference some people probably like it soft. No staff at motel. Self check in worked very well once we figured out which was ours.
