The lobby was lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Simon the Concierge helped make my birthday very special!

it was an amazing stay. we loved everything : hotel, his decorations, his location, the room ( the view was amazing - we were on the 5th floor and we could see all the port); the swimming pool and spa area ( the sensorial showers - were the killer); and the breakfast was delicious.
there is nothing I can think of, it was perfect.

Location was great . Breakfast excellent
I didn’t like our room at all . It was most bizarre, as you walked in there was a freestanding sink unit in other words an open plan bathroom. It didn’t flow at all , the room was located on the first floor . In the corridor you could smell all cooking smells , was horrible . Also the sheets didn’t smell good . This really is not a 5 star hotel . More like a three star hotel. Some of the Staff were quite surly. Had a 25 minute massage , but by the time the lady had faffed about , I doubt whether I got 15 mins , the charge was 80 euros . So beware of that .
