Breakfast is very good and we got pears, cucumbers and tomatoes with olive oil, bread and butter and jam, few sorts of cornflakes with milk, cheese and ham, coffee and tea, freshly pressed orange juice. The staff on reception (a woman and a younger guy) as well as in the kitchen is very helpful, kind and smiling!! Muito obrigadooo!
All good but the management must do more and renovate bathrooms - they are in old dilapidated state!! The price could be somewhat lower too.

The staff is helpful, quiet room and the breakfast is good.
The toilets were not that clean (this might be because of no respectful people of course).

Great location. Walking distance from the old centre. Very friendly staff. Spacious room (we booked private with own bathroom).
Next to some cultural centre where they played drums till 23:00 after the all was quiet so no issue, unless you want to sleep early.

Late check in.
Also the lady receptionist was amazing. Helping me via WhatsApp locate the property. She also had a lovely manner about her . Very helpful.
Was slightly dated . Bathroom really could do with an update.
