Great stay

Beautifully maintained house and space around it. The shared (salt water) pool is an absolute delight. The location is fantastic. The owner provides excellent directions because some navigation apps don't guide you to the right street. Everything is well equipped including the kitchen and the owners were super friendly.

Peaceful.relaxing.brilliant!

The friendly and approachable liy and team were just great.the quiet and peaceful gardens with such a great pool and of course the weather.get to lake tresimore and take the boat to isolo maggiore and take a much shorter trip to corciano.both so good.

No fault of the property but orvietto/gubbio are quite a drive.

Perfection in every sense

Everything was perfect. It's so charming and very comfortable and the staff so welcoming and available. Clean, safe and quiet. I totally recommend it.

I would stay again. I like the host very much. .

The host is excellent.

Dinner arrangements . You have to drive some time every evening to the near city to reach a restaurant for dinner.

They are trying to get our money to fix something that was already broken when we arrived. Very sad

the property is nice and calm. pity the owners are not trustworthy. make pictures when you arrive in the flat to avoid dispute afterwards.

they simply try to trick out a young lady from Switzerland to get money to fix their damaged properties. no further comments needed

Wonderful!

The host, Lay was just great. When our car broke down he was extremely helpful in interacting with the garage. I highly recommend Le Case di Lisetta.

Amazing!

We spent one week at this beautiful place, the facilities were great (Nespresso machine, dishwasher etc) and really appreciated the quick support from Lay and Magi. We would definitely go back to this place in the future.

Misleading description.

Location was convenient for my needs. Supermarket nearby. Host friendly.

Wifi so slow. No chance of being able to do any work or stream tv shows etc. I ended up hot spotting from my phone and using all my data as I had work to do. Description very misleading. No oven, no dishwasher. It was described as having free toiletries. I don’t think hand soap in bathroom and a roll of toilet paper qualifies... Pots and pans were not cleaned properly before my arrival, I cleaned black burned marks out of the pots before I was able to use. I wasn’t overly impressed with the cleaning of the apartment full stop. Washing machine was very old and broke on first use. There was a flash and a bang. Due to its location under a gas cooker I feel this was quite a safety hazard! It was replaced (strange that they had a replacement available?) but water was left all over floor when they finished. The bed was comfy, but there were a couple of stains on the sheets... Owners cats and dogs roam freely about the property which I was uncomfortable with. Nearly stood in dog poo beside my car when leaving that hadn’t been picked up. Whole apartment felt very old, needs refurbishing. Not a good experience, extremely overpriced for what is a very small apartment. On leaving, the night before I sent message to inform I needed to leave at 7am to make my flight in Rome. No one acknowledged this message and no one came by to check me out. There’s a gate that needs a remote on the keys to open. I had to open the gate, run back to leave the keys in the door and run to my car to make sure I could get out. Very unsatisfactory.

Wonderful vacation in a perfect house with perfect hosts in the Umbrian nature

The hosts Lay and Magi are such wonderful persons. Le case di Lisetta is really an "insider tip". It is located in pure nature, the forest is around the magnificent property, Lay and Magi created on their own. The houses are wonderfully restored, the inside is fantastic and with love to the detail. It is absolutely clean and you have so much space. In the kitchen you have enough pots, dishes and machines you need. The dish washer and washing machine are so useful. The pool area is kept clean and inviting. Everything is done with love. Perugia and other Umbrian cities are nearby to visit. The everyday things are easy to get in the supermarket and bakery in the next little village (with the car 5 minutes to go). Lay and Magi gave my husband great tips for his race biking tours which could all be started directly at Le case di Lisetta. Our kids loved the two dogs and 22 cats which are on the property and spent all day at the great pool.

A hidden pearl in Umbria!

We stayed with our two teens one week in the lovely House Coccinella in La Case di Lisetta. We really loved it! The beautiful decorated spacious house, fully equipped kitchen, the view, the fantastic pool and the relaxing area. The few houses in the beautiful green, well maintained domain are located in such a way that you have a lot of privacy. It’s close to the beautiful medieval cities of Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio ...) and the Trasimeno lake. On top of that, Lay is a super host, very friendly and always happy to support with a great smile and respecting your privacy. We will definitely come back!
