The atmosphere and the friendly staff who work so hard. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Credit to Ludwig for his leadership. The rooms are small but clean and with modern bathrooms. Brilliant kitchen serving excellent home-cooked food especially the pizzas. Amazing pisco sours too! There was a lovely atmosphere at mealtimes in the busy dining room; swapping tips and stories. Thanks to the whole team!
All excellent . One small thing ….we were allocated to Room 3 on our return from trekking and that particular room, so close to the stairs and restaurant was a little noisy…

The room was comfortable and the whole property felt really cosy. The are lovely hammocks on the terrace to relax in and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing lots of recommendations and even offering taxis or transport us to nearby tourist spots like the lagoon and geyser.

Excellent rooms, clean, helpful staff. Condor viewpoint tour was worthwhile, arrived before many of the buses from Arequipa. Gave very clear instructions and map for hiking in the canyon. Helped arrange transport back. Good food - recommend the kallimarka pizza.

Super clean and comfortable place to stay, I stayed after the colca canyon trek and was able to stop on my way in to get the map and advice. The restaurant was amazing as well!
