The location was perfect for me since I had meetings at the institute next door (10 min. walking).
The communication with the host was quick.
The bedroom is very spacious and with many windows and the bed was good. The garden is pretty.
The room had a fridge and a tea kettle.
The area is very quiet, and everything was super clean (you have to remove your shoes at the entrance, which of course helps).
The host provided me with milk, which was perfect for me.
The kitchenette has a microwave oven and some plates/cutlery/mugs, which allowed me to prepare my own breakfast.
It also has a coffee machine and tea kettle.
The bedroom's venetian blinds are not enough to provide complete darkness in the morning, so I had to wear a sleep mask.
The toilet, shower-room and kitchenette are shared with other guests, but I was expecting it and for 1 or 2 nights, it is no problem.
The bedroom was on the hot side, but with the windows open, it was ok.
The owner clearly does not want the tenants to dirty the house (e.g. messages on glass panels cautioning not to touch them, etc.).

La casa è bellissima, spaziosa e piena di servizi. Tutta la casa è pulitissima e molto curata. L'host molto cordiale e sempre a disposizione.
Nessun contro. Bisogna tenere conto che è a 10 Min dalla fermata del bus e potrebbe essere faticoso sé si cammina a piedi e fa' caldo.

Nádherná budova, krásne zariadený interiér, tichá štvrť, nádherný výhľad na Prahu :) Štvrť sa nachádza blízko areálu ČZU, takže toto ubytovanie je vynikajúca voľba pre pracovné cesty na túto univerzitu.
