Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - sehr dreckige Wohnung!

Die Aussicht auf die Elbe war schön, den Garten haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Sauna war nicht in der Wohnung, haben wir nicht gesehen/gefunden.

Bei unserer Ankunft lag kein Schlüssel im Safe und auf Anrufe bei verschiedenen Telefonnummern hat leider keiner reagiert. Die Wohnung war kaum geputzt, der Kühlschrank war innen dreckig, auf dem Boden und in den Ecken lag Dreck (Dreck war in die Ecken gekehrt und nicht weggeräumt) und am Besteck, im Topf und in der Pfanne klebten Essensreste, es war widerlich und wir mussten erstmal alles putzen, auch die Küchenplatte und -ablagen waren verstaubt und klebrig. Das Sofa war zum Teil verklebt und auf dem Schlafzimmerschränken lag sehr viel Staub und ein altes Pflaster. Es ist eine Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern, die eine normale Größe haben, aber das Bad ist sehr klein (einen kleine Waschmaschine steht drin) und die Küche ist eng und in den Schränken ist es zum Teil sehr schmuddelig. Die Küche ist zum Teil gar nicht gut ausgestattet, z.B. fehlen kleine Löffel und ein scharfes Gemüsemesser. Die Dusche im Bad ist sehr vernachlässigt, nicht gut geputzt und gepflegt. In den Ecken sind Rost-, Schimmel und Kalkflecken und auch die Toilette sah dreckig aus. Das Waschbecken war verstopft, im Abfluss waren Schmutz und Haare. Der Ess-Wohnbereich ist für 8 Leute zu klein. Die Bilder bei Booking entsprechen nicht dem Zustand, wie es derzeit dort ausschaut. Trotz geschlossenen Fenstern war der Lärmpegel von der Straße sehr laut. Die Betten waren gut, aber ein Spannbettlaken hatte ein Loch und pro Person war ein Handtuch vorhanden. Leider war der Akku vom Staubsauger nicht auffindbar, sodass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten. Alles in allem war die Wohnung inakzeptabel, wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung nicht weiter. In so einem Zustand sollte/darf sie nicht vermietet werden! Das ist eine Frechheit für so eine Wohnung noch so viel Miete zu verlangen.

Dus eerste werk was een hele afwas en schoonmaak organiseren. Er was wel de mogelijkheid om de eigenaar op te hoogte te brengen van dit alles, maar een grondige afwas was sneller gedaan. Verder zijn de foto's op de site niet erg recent en kan de woning een opknapbeurtje gebruiken.
