One of the best stays that we’ve had in New Zealand! Very friendly and helpful staff, hot tub, amazing beyond words kitchen - coffee and popcorn machines, any kind of utensils or equipment that you might think of, and even complimentary soup and dessert! All facilities are extremely clean and it feels like every detail was thought of, no matter how small. Great value for money. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back, thank you!
If really being picky, perhaps the room felt just a little too small and the sound isolation was not perfect, but majority of the places have the same, so it really does not change the whole experience at all and the place is great

Location. Facilities. A cuminy kitchen with available vegetable soup and cooking facilities and coffee machine and popcorn.
Very, very, small room. Difficult to store luggage, let alone open it.

Great kitchen facilities. Reception staff member on day of arrival was lovely. Good parking. Comfy bed. Not too loud. Clean bathrooms.
Called day prior to ask if possible to swap to a night earlier and was quickly snapped at that no rooms were available and it would be a full cost cancellation (which I do understand full cost if cancellation). I could tell on booking.com that dorm beds were available. Was planning on just booking the extra night if swap not possible but after the snarky phone interaction decided against. Room smelt strongly of unknown foul odour. Minimal milk. Thin bedding/blankets. Overpriced
