Ubicación y amabilidad del personal para aparcar nuestra furgoneta en el garaje.
En una de las habitaciones, las vistas eran contra una tapia de ladrillos!!!! Algo increíble!!! No puedo entender que una ventana tenga detrás ladrillos!!! Tapiando la ventana, los clientes estaríamos más satisfechos. Al menos no sabríamos lo que hay detrás. Desayuno normal. No puedes ducharte porque sólo tienes una bañera hidromasaje y no hay cortinas. Si te duchas, aunque tengas mucho cuidado, acabas mojando todo el suelo. Éste hotel se inauguró con cinco estrellas, pero actualmente sólo llega a tres.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Location in the heart of town, a great location for walking around and exploring. Underground parking. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was really amazing. They served good coffee, ex. Cappuccino
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is right in the city centre.
The shower is amazing.

This hotel provided an exceptional stay. The cleanliness and high quality of the facilities were superb, from the comfortable bed to the elegant toilet with its modern and powerful shower. The breakfast was decent, and the espresso was good. The convenience of free underground parking, including the option to park after check-out, was greatly appreciated. The location is also a major asset, being right in the heart of town and within easy reach of all main attractions and restaurants. Special mention must be made of Tony, who was excellent and went out of his way to help me when I had trouble finding the hotel in the old town. Highly recommended.
