Nice small flat into a hotel in the middle of the nature.
The beds were very comfortable and the accomodation is very near to the Demänovská ľadová jaskyňa (Demanovska ice cave).
The restaurant was not amazing and there could be more salty choices for the breakfast, but it was still OK

The size of the family apartment was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and very clean. The little kitchen inside was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ski-room was also very well-equipped. The ski-bus stop is just 50m. The restaurant was also perfect!

I can't tell anything about the Riverside because we were replaced into the Tatraline hotel!
Outrageous, that they cancelled our booking only 24 hours (!!!) before our checkin, saying that the hotel will be closed. I understand that they don't have enough booking but it is ridiculous that they only inform us when we are basically on our way already to the hotel. They offered that they place us in the Tatraline Hotel which was fair, however that hotel is a serious downgrade from Riverside! No sauna, no wellness, no restaurant for breakfast, no room service no nothing except for a room to sleep in. For breakfast we had to get in the car and drive to a different place every morning which was very inconvenient. We are very unhappy with how this was handled by the hotel, I would not recommend anybody to book here, because they might end up in the same situation, where the hotel closes from out of nowhere and they get a worse hotel for the same money.
