I stayed for 9 nights and was very satisfied with the price-to-performance ratio. It cost the same as the most affordable Airbnb options, but here I had my own private bathroom, which was a huge plus for me. Even though I booked a single room, I was given a spacious double room instead.
On the plus side, there was a bus stop very close by with direct routes to the city center, which made getting around extremely convenient. I came to Saarbrücken for a summer school program and honestly don't regret my stay at all. I would recommend it.
There is no air conditioning in the room, and I felt that one of the duvets didn't smell very clean. It would be great if the duvets and pillows were washed occasionally alongside the bed sheets, especially since their material seemed suitable for machine washing.
Another minor issue was the lack of staff at night; if you are out during regular business hours, it can be hard to find someone to assist you with any requests.

De ontvangst, we werden welkom geheten door iemand van de receptie, de locatie is niet ver van het centrum, in een rustig gebied zonder betaald parkeren. De kamer was netjes en schoon.
Onderhoud aan de douche die bleef lekken.
