Hébergement très spacieux et lumineux.
Cadre verdoyant.
Proche de la gare, même à pied. Très proche de Venise en train.
Proche du centre ville et de toutes les commodités.
Véhicule stationné en toute sécurité.
Nous avons eu la possibilité d’intégrer le logement avant l’heure prévue initialement.
Accueil très décevant. Nous avons été accueillies de manière particulièrement froide et désagréable. La personne qui nous a reçues ne nous a pas adressé le moindre sourire et nous avons immédiatement eu le sentiment de ne pas être les bienvenues. Les explications concernant le logement et les conditions du séjour nous ont certes été données, mais sur un ton et avec une attitude qui nous ont mises mal à l’aise dès notre arrivée. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’accueil est la première impression que l’on garde d’un hébergement, et dans notre cas, elle a été très négative.
L’éponge fournie pour la vaisselle était déjà usagée.

El desayuno abundante con fruta y todo lo necesario. Muy bien equipado el apartamento y muy bonito el jardin. Una zona muy tranquila y a 20 minutos en transporte de Venecia

Удобная большая комната, хорошая кровать, тихое уединенное место, после прогулок по шумной Венеции было комфортно отдыхать! Интернет- великолепен.
Не было уборки за 6 дней, «завтрак включен» - это не соответствует действительности, по приезду было несколько фруктов, упаковка хлеба, упаковка нарезка мяса,чай, кофе, джемы, масло в холодильнике 100гр, молоко и сок в бутылочках по 125 мл, готовить надо самим ( кухня есть), магазин от апартаментов далеко! От станции тоже пешком около 20 мин неспешно.Есть комары, насекомые из сада, если открыть дверь.

The accommodation overall was indeed lovely. The communication with the host was easy and prompt. The flat had everything you may need for a short stay. The host had put some yoghurt, juice, ham, and bread in the fridge as well as some fruit on the table. It was enough for two breakfasts. Extremely comfy bed and extra pillows.
The outside of the property wasn't too well looked after, and there was no outside seating area, which we would have loved to use as it was round 20 degrees outside.
Also, the flat was rather chilly during the night with no option to turn the temperature up.
