Nice stay

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and spacious. We were able to use their washer for laundry and the owner gave our baby chocolate before we left.

Plenty of space for us. They looked after our bikes (we were on a cycling trip) and they had a lovely dog.

Baited and switched

this is a toughie...Either Booking.com showed the wrong pictures when I clicked on the apartment I wanted, or the host mis-represented them. I picked a large two bedroom apartment, (even though my confirmation showed a 1 bedroom unit) that was modern, spacious - beautiful. I was shown up 3 flights of stairs to an attic converted to a regular sized hotel room with a sink and and a small kitchen. I protested and was told that the place I was saying I booked would have been twice the price and was full. since I had no other option I took it. On the other hand, the woman with "Ivan" was so sweet and nice and accommodating, I hate giving this review, and the unit though small and cramped (watch your head on the ceiling) but it had everything I needed and was very clean - but...beware. By the way, I went online and checked the unit again and it was exactly the same price I originally booked - I have the snapshot to prove it. So...that was total B/S. The woman they called over to speak English to me, (because none of them did, another issue.) was pretty frickin' rude. Not a good way to start my stay. Never again.

In una casa familiare, 4 appartamenti a disposizione degli ospiti. Il nostro, con due camere soggiorno, cucina, bagno balcone e terrazzo. Ampio, pulito, nuovo e con tutto ciò che è necessario. I proprietari sono gentili e premurosi. La zona è tranquilla e fresca, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Parcheggio dedicato. Di fronte, un piccolo supermarket per la spesa. Perfetto!

LE SCALE DI ACCESSO ALL'APPARTAMENTO SONO SCOMODE. SAREBBE DA METTERE UN TAVOLO IN CUCINAPIU' GRANDE PER ESSERE ADEGUATO.
