Clean, comfortable beds, breakfast area, good location within a walking distance from the office area we had to be in.
Thin walls are thin which makes it quite loud during the night. The receptionist called the room at 11pm to enquire about payment - we had booked and paid on booking.com so everything was fine. And even if it wasn't, it could have been discussed in the morning. We were already in bed with the lights off and the call startled us. The lift was also not working so we had to carry our own heavy luggage to the second floor.
