A huge thank you to Viola, Helal, and Abanoub for making our experience so wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Viola, who did an absolutely fantastic job. Her kindness, dedication, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel very well looked after. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Helal and Abanoub were also amazing and contributed to such a warm and enjoyable experience. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do.

Aqua Park and Pools
Room service did not clean rooms on our section (room 4229/4230). We had to find a assistant to clean the room, which wasn’t done properly. Our beds weren’t changed at all in 8 days! Towels weren’t replaced and we had to keep calling to ask. Most of the hotel/restaurant staff discriminated and favoured the people who can speak Arabic and kept us waiting. We were not treated fairly. This made a negative impact on the holiday. This is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel, but the facilities and staff were not 5 star.
