Just had a issue with the communication system. Phones, text msgs and email responding to your needs was very bad. But i had excellent experience with the staff at my check in. He was above expectations!!! Thanks

Excellent option for a work trip to Salvador with activities in nearby location (Lauro de Freitas) and at the CAB (Centro Administrativo da Bahia. The hotel has a good location and the facilities for a work trip.
The telephone in my room didn't work. I asked twice but it was not fixed during my stay. Very limited options of room service.

The breakfast was basic. Not a lot of fruits or breads. But I had a very good tapioca.
I had a problem there and one of the stuff help me a lot. Bruno his name
