The hotel location is simply unbeatable. situated very close to Mall road and picture palace and all the lovely places. Staff were exceptional from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist.
Food at the restaurant is worth and value for money.

Breakfast was decent. we ordered stuffed parathas. Personally I did not like the green coriander which was too much present.
Bathroom fittings were not working properly especially the shower.

The staff's attitude and co-operation. When we told them we didn't like our allotted room, they instantly upgraded us. It's another matter that even this was not really up to expectations, but I sincerely appreciate the staff's help.
Location is excellent!
Hotel is a bit run down, it could do with some major renovation! I got the smelly feel of dampness.
