Absolutely beautiful views and a great location. Has absolutely everything you’d need!
The doors bang loudly if there’s wind and the spotlight outside shines through the light coloured curtains, so it’s very bright.

immdiate view of the dam, quiet, classic style, fireplace in main and lounge rooms, it is one of the best relaxed trip, a great hidden gen, well equipment house for everything
some light need maintenance and bulb change, perhaps provide more coffee and some basic cooking ingredient like oil and salt paper.
If can upgrade technology abit more, consider a smart TV and wireless hifi system

The location is very good. Being inside the estate made it quiet and private. The fishermen loved the easy access to the dam. The house is spacious and has most of the amenities one needs in a self catering unit.
Cable theft and power outages are a big problem in South Africa. The house needs more rechargeable bulbs, and it would be great if the electrical stove hob was replaced with a gas hob
