Spacious comfortable suites, thoughtful touches and everything you need. Very clean. Short safe walk to restaurants and attractions. Good communication. Highly recommend for Dullstroom.

The rooms are large and all have bathrooms. The kitchen is fantastic. Fireplaces in most rooms, including the kitchen. Parking on site - and Zandile the host who met us was lovely.
The house is old - not everything is perfect, if that is what you are looking for. Very comfortable however.

The kids playground, the central location and the rooms.
The heaters were not turned on and that made it a bit difficult for the kids during the winter.

Location is OK, no problems.
Our expectations were raised as a result of the booking.com pictures of the luxury home and photos of the interior. We never realised that the 'expensive' cottage we booked and that is next to the good looking home, is an old renovated Dullstroom house. In the view of 4 of us, renovations create a perception of patch work and paint on old structures - even lack of 'flow' - one nicely (best) appointed room is only accessible from the outside. Way below our expectations, based on the prominent luxury home on booking.com. As a result of the visible patch work one shower is in serious disrepair. So disappointed.
