The rooms were nice
We picked this resort as it had a spa but unfortunately it was not working properly and was very dirty

We requested a maintenance issue be resolved towards the end of our stay and it was not completed when they said it would be (aircon was pouring our water) , Im sure it was na oversight but we were unable to use the aircon in our room because of it

Checking in was easy and friendly, and the use of a little trolley in the underground car park to get our luggage to the lift and room was a bonus. Our room was exceptionally clean, well organised and comfortable, which along with the pool made us sorry that we only had one night there. There was even a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom which is great if you are on an extended road trip as we were. The location was in handy driving distance of eating places in both 1770 or Agnes Water. We will use this place again!
