Полная уборка дома каждую неделю. Дополнительно к этому смена полотенец посередине недели, т.е. вообще не беспокоишься о том, что тебе придется их стирать самому.
Классные бассейны на территории, куда можно нырять с бортика. Есть детский неглубокий бассейн.
Техника, мебель - всё новое и современное, придраться не к чему.
4 кондиционера (два в кухне-гостиной и по одному в каждой комнате).
Плюс большой вентилятор-люстра на потолке в кухне-гостиной - вместо кондеров пользовались только им.
Дом хорошо продувается естественным путем.
Огромная вместительная терраса.
Жили в дальней угловой вилле (номер 36), от нее сразу начинается дорожка в сторону озера.
В 15 минутах ходьбы - магазины, рынок, пляж.
Лучше конечно жить там с машиной / байком, но и без них вы не будете отрезаны от цивилизации.
Доставка из Макро сюда возит.
Остались в восторге и с самыми теплыми воспоминаниями.

We had such a fantastic stay at 30° in February in Khao Tao. The place is beautifully designed, calm, stylish, and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It feels private and peaceful, yet still close enough to everything. It’s the kind of place that makes it very easy to switch off and properly relax.
The 2 swimming pools are amazing!!
Khao Tao has a lovely laid-back feel, with great local spots for eating and sightseeing nearby, but without the crowds of bigger areas. The beaches is just gorgeous and never felt busy.
Everything in the house was spotless and well looked after, and the whole experience felt easy from start to finish. It’s fabulous for long term travelling/work as the the kitchen is well appointed, and the local markets are wonderful. We genuinely didn’t want to leave.
Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish escape!

Alan was a Great Host
Pom really made our visit the best it could have been.
Kitchen was fantastic we made breakfast everyday and it was nice to have. Quick walk to town and close to Sai Noi Beach.
The 2 pools where amazing Salt water made it even better Fun times with the entire family by the pool and just walking to the beach. The entire property was clean and just what we needed to relax and enjoy our time here.
We will be back next year
