La struttura è dotata di tutti i servizi necessari(cucina,lavanderia).
La zona è molto tranquilla e comoda, sei a circa 10-15 min dalla spiaggia e a lo stesso tempo dal supermercato. In appartamento era abbastanza fresco.
I padroni di casa veramente sono stati molto accoglienti e molto gentili, non mi sono aspettata ad una accoglienza del genere, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.
Se decido di fare un’altra vacanza in Abbruzzo, sicuramente tornerò.

Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione con la famiglia perché ci garantiva una vacanza in Abruzzo in una zona tranquilla e che ci permetteva di raggiungere Francavilla al Mare in 10 Min.
Abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno da questa sistemazione, compreso l'accoglienza dei proprietari con i quali abbiamo instaurato un ottimo rapporto già all'arrivo, ci siamo scambiati prodotti tipici (mozzarella di bufala noi con frutta prodotta da loro) senza alcun preavviso, noi ad ogni viaggio solitamente portiamo con noi qualche prodotto della nostra zona e ne omaggiamo i proprietari/conduttori delle strutture.
Purtroppo abbiamo lasciato la nostra sistemazione il giorno prima del previsto (15 agosto ahimè) per un guasto serio all'auto, alle 6 di mattina ci hanno atteso per salutarci prima della nostra partenza e gli stessi si sono resi disponibili per quanto possibile alla soluzione del guasto, purtroppo in quella data era impossibile reperire alcun meccanico e quindi con rammarico siamo ripartiti con mezzi alternativi per raggiungere casa.
Tutto perfetto tranne il guasto imprevisto all'auto,abbiamo conosciuto persone eccezionali e molto premurose, li ringraziamo per tutta la serietà e disponibilità manifestata

The de Marco family was always there with good and helpful tips. They were also always able to make good recommendations for local events. The apartment was absolutely brilliant with a fantastic view, as it could not have been nicer. We will come back for sure
Time has passed way too quickly. We would have liked to have stayed twice as long, but now work is catching up with us again.

Very clean and tidy.
The hosts are friendly and extremely helpful.
Bed was comfortable.
The description is misleading.
No dishwasher or oven.
Not soundproofed (not overly noisy, but you can hear voices from downstairs, work in the vineyards nearby etc even with windows and doors closed)
Tv is very tiny, screen on my laptop is as big.
Wifi worked fine
But only at the kitchen table. Signal was 50/50 in the bedroom or out on the terrace.
