The location is absolutely magnificent, in a so-called Romantic Alley of Pula with quite a few smaller restaurants and bars, beautiful architecture and a cozy vibe. The apartment itself is spacious, much more so than I imagined it would be and the beds really were comfortable. The owner is quite friendly and kind.
The front door to the building itself is one of the biggest problems in itself. The door and the lock appear to be very old and it took me sometimes up to two minutes to manage to unlock it. Even though the owner showed me on the first day how to do it, I guess it was second nature to her, but I still struggled with it a lot. The location is great, but it's also noisy. I was woken up every single morning by either a dog barking or people talking (or yelling) way too loudly. The shower is literally in the hallway, not a bathroom, which, for me alone, wasn't a problem, but I was originally going to stay there with a friend as we went to a Judas Priest concert in the Arena and it would've been very awkward showering in the hallway when he's there. The bedsheets definitely need to be renewed, as they have some stains that I do not wish to know the origin of.
