This place was truly fabulous. The views from the balcony are amazing, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It is close enough to the town to be a short walk, yet far enough away to be away from the noise and bustle. The hosts were very attentive, getting us tickets for shows with excellent seats. Also the showed us how to cook Indian-style and we enjoyed an amazing dinner with them. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it!

The homely environment and the warm welcome of Mr. and Mrs. Shukkoor. The mountain view from our room, the delicious and home food made by Mrs. Shukkoor. Mr. Shukkoor also helped us with our plans to explore Thekkady. It's the best.

Very beautiful view close to the jungle.
Good price. Sambar deer greated us as we arrived!
The sheets looked old, matress wasn't so comfortable. Price was different from what is written in Booking (fees + good?)

The host was very helpful. There stay was for my parents and they were a bit sick during their stay and the host was very helpful and gave them medicines which helped them recover.
The original room was recently painted and had a very strong odor. Then the host gave another room which was very bad. There was no space at all. The bathroom height was very low that my father's head almost touched the roof. My mother has to jump to get off the bed as there was an almirah kept on the way. It was like a store room. The host should not have opened the booking for the original room if there was paint smell is my suggestion.
