It is located on the riverfront, the room was exactly as it was advertised. Restaurant dinner was excellent, warm and friendly staff, plenty of room for guests to spread out in common areas. Breakfast package left in shared kitchen.
There was nothing not to like.

The whole building has a wonderful old world feel with pictures of earlier times and (some) creaking floorboards. Our room was comfortable and the shower was great. Staff were friendly and the invite to play bingo for the first time was a hoot.
We found the room to be a little cramped and would have liked to have a fridge.

Lovely Classic pub style accommodations, we stayed two nights in the old part of the hotel, our room was clean, warm and comfortable. There was a nice guest lounge with a fire and basic breakfast was supplied for guests to help themselves to toast, fruit and yogurt. The restaurant in the main bar was great, lovely food with a great selection. We also spent two nights in the lodge style cabins, these were very nice and well equipped with comfortable beds.
We had a large group and our bill at the restaurant was mixed in with another tables order, which was very confusing and inconvenient as we had take their word that it was correct and we weren’t able to split the bill, the staff member was very unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay.

The restaurant/bar area was beautiful. The staff were exception and the food was amazing.
The room and bed was a bit small and crowded, the shower door and blinds in the bathroom were broken. Needs a bit of upgrading.
