L'appartement très fonctionnel est très bien situé proche du centre de Matala.
La piscine était vraiment très agréable.
La terrasse extérieure avec l'appartement de plein pied était très bien.
L'appartement était fumeur et l'odeur était désagréable durant tout le séjour.
Certains équipements / porte de cuisine étaient cassés.

The house is an easy walk into Matala, and very spacious. Parking is good.
The outdoor restaurant/bar of a hotel is right next door which had a lot of loud music playing in the evening. Also quite noisy when they were serving breakfast.
There are lots of cats in the garden and a lot of cat waste products. One cat even got in through a window, which we definitely had not left open. The stairs to the upper level are quite flimsy and the plywood floor is noisy for someone sleeping downstairs. Quite a few fixtures were not working or broken, but they did repair one rapidly when we asked
