Lovely staff made me feel very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located just off Mombasa Road abd very close to the centre of Voi. The grounds are very green and pretty; there is a restaurant on site which serves good food and the breakfast was very good. The room is a good size and well equipped and comfortable.
The proximity to the highway is convenient but also means there's a lot of traffic noise.

Breakfast was a buffet and lots of food available. We've been here before so knew that it was a decent place.
The shower dribbled and really needs to get fixed. Also, the wifi wasn't working.

I loved the location, the room, the staff was excellent as well. From the young man ar the front desk to the servers at the restaurant. The breakfast was great with some elements of local cuisine which was great. You can request omelets at breakfast. The room had air conditioning which was so appreciated due to the heat in Voi. Water pressure was great, bedding clean, mosquito nets available. You can request transport to the SGR from the front desk. You can take a Tuktuk into the town as well. They also have parking. I will recommend it to others and will more than likely stay here every time I come to Voi.
There were several cats in the dining area. On tables and chairs which is gross and not hygienic at all.

Courteous recepition and a comprehensive breakfast
The room. It was too small for a double room. Also, the amenities there were not satisfactory e.g only one pair of slippers, only one drinking glass in the room, etc
