Very well equipped.
Heating system wasn’t very efficient. It might be nice if, during cold weather periods, the heating could be turned on prior to guests arriving.

Location perfect, villa and available facilities were spot on. The villa kitchen was perfect to cook a Sunday roast, every utensil was at hand. Indoor or outdoor it was great.
Due to excellent hot sunny weather in early June we all found the morning light would waken us early. Perhaps some black out blinds would be useful.

We had everything we needed. Had a problem with heating but hosts got it sorted quickly. Lovely cliff to walks in to Cromer and Overstrand. Amber bar served really nice dinners. Had a larger television than anywhere else we've stayed at. Had there own car parks.
Skirting boards in en suite needed a clean also windows to the property still got finger marks on from whoever had stayed there previously.

Lovely accommodation. We had a fantastic holiday! My 1 year old son enjoyed toddling round the house and terrace area!
The pool facilities were great, very clean and big pool.
