the room was very clean and neat. Early check in was allowed
the receptionist was very rude. he offered taxi service which was very exorbitant in cost. when we refused to take his taxi his attitude became very rude

-set of cosmetics and toothbrushes in a nice sealed bag was such a nice gift
-elevator in the building
-helpful staff available 24/7
-bed was comfortable
-water heater wasn't working during the first day
-the wifi wasn't reaching my room by any chance
-there were power outages
-no power socket close to the bedside
-no towels provided
-windowseal was not perfect and it let few mosquitos enter the room
-high humidity level
-room is very small
