Very friendly owner who was super helpful and accommodating. Delicious breakfast and nice serene outdoors area for us to relax in the morning. Much nicer than staying in a Premier Inn, quick private shuttle to the airport.

Prompt pick up. Bedroom downstairs. Very comfy bed.
The table with glass top outside my bedroom door - room 9. I bashed my leg into it several times because you could see the wood but not the glass over it. Have a huge bruise on it now.

very friendly & accommodating owners. efficient check-in process and airport shuttle service. fantastic restaurant/bar within walking distance. Inn is clean & quiet; has lots of charging ports/outlets in room.

Shuttle between aitport terminal and the lodge was efficient, reliable and on time. Availability of staff at late (past 10:00pm and at 6an). Communication through Booking and through direct phone is available.
Communication could be improved for the location of the lodge, whose name is each time different on Waze: "Oakhurst Traditional British B&B with holiday parking", different on Apple Maps: "Oakhurst Bed & Breakfast Guest House", different on Google Maps: "Oakhurst Traditional British B&B with holiday parking".
Communication could be improved for pick-up at Gatwick Terminal by designating in advance the level where pick-up is taking place.
