Bed was super comfy and warm, the gardens made it felt like you're tucked away in a little jungle.

The set up with the outdoor kitchen was clearly flagged in the description and it was well equipped kitchen. It was a very cold snap as it was winter but the room was very cosy with the heating. It's a beautiful location amoung trees and feels very tranquil even though it's so close to Nannup
The single bed crammed in with the double bed feels wrong. It meant that one person does not have access to a side of the bed as it's beside the wall. It's awkward and the lay out does not work. Washing up was a trail as the sink is very low. A wash up basin would make life much easier!

As always, another lovely, pleasant stay. Very clean, friendly vibe.
The small touches the host pays attention to are lovely. You don't find this easily.
Beautiful green surroundings, short walk to the main street. Tranquil.

We love the location and the back to nature feel of the Black Cockatoo. If only our room had a proper bed we would give this place full marks.
It has been 3 years since we last stayed in the exact same room and the bed was a problem back then. It seems nothing has changed except it is 3 years later and the bed is still a makeshift arrangement of an unsatisfactory low quality foam mattress on an old ensemble base. It is not a proper bed with a proper mattress and my back was crying out for relief after one night... 3 nights was close to unbearable.
