From the welcome on arrival to checking out the team were fabulous. Ashley and Pamela were very warm and professional and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The Safari Club has the atmosphere of being in a very special club environment. The views are amazing. The food offering is creative and beautifully presented. We enjoyed excellent treatments in the Spa as well. Every member of the team we met were welcoming and trained to a very high standard. We also ate in the Safari Lodge and the food was excellent here too. Our club room was immaculately clean, spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and an amazing view.

Second time here - this time bringing friends. Stunning place to stay. Safari Club a lot quieter than main lodge. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Accommodation perfect - great amenities. Main highlight was being able to view the watering hole (binoculars on site for closer viewings). Complimentary vehicle in to / out of town at set times. Concierge booked all our activities without any issues. Would highly recommend.

Very old and tiered. Needs renovation. And the food was the worst I’ve seen. Very poor quality. Very basic.
