When I said I would check out before breakfast in the morning, they offered to prepare a breakfast bag for me to eat on the way. That was good.
I couldn't understand why the hotelkeeper (Richard) knocked on my door at 11 pm and woke me up from my sleep. If water is leaking from the bathroom downstairs, it's not my responsibility!
I think that the responsibility here should belong to the hotel management who did not have the bathroom floor repaired...

"Great couple of nights at Henny and Richard’s B&B.
Very comfortable room, delicious breakfast and Henny gave us great advice about places to visit.
Would definitely recommend."
