Location was good. Room was small and comfortable but clean. Bathroom old but plenty of hot water for a good shower.
For the price I can't fault it.

Clean and comfortable spacious room with comfortable beds
The shower ran hot and cold and eventually ran out of hot water. could do with refurbishment
