This hotel has only 18 rooms but the amenities of a hotel much larger.
There is a large entertainment complex downstairs that includes a indoor hot tub, sauna, showers, private baths, and entertainment center with ping-pong, darts, foosball, checkers, chess, ping-pong. There’s also a large children’s playroom.
The main floor contains reception as well as a comfortable dining area where morning breakfast is served.
My room was a suite which had a large, wraparound balcony and kitchenette with refrigerator and cooking top. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were luxurious. The bathroom was quite large. Everything was immaculately clean. The living room had a very large sofa and there were two television sets in this suite. Beautiful view views of the valley.
The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from several restaurants, historic churches, and wineries.

Great location, excellent and clean rooms, very friendly staff!
They don’t serve dinner as they did in the past. We had late arrival and nothing open in town, but the staff went out of their way to order food for us!

I have travelled to many places in the world and the service from the staff at the hotel has to be the best I have experienced.

We requested an early check in which was approved. The staff were overall friendly and attentive.
It's a large commercial hotel in a small village. It lacked the local charm we were hoping for. We found the rooms a bit small as we had a lot of luggage. Not great value for money. It wouldn't be my first choice in Mád.
