The location is not bad. It is working-class and has some homeless. But it never felt unsafe. The staff were helpful in every regard. It is your basic budget hotel. Bed, toilet, TV and nothing extra.
The room is so small that the nightstand can't be opened. It must be put in sideways to fit. The bathroom was too small to easily maneuver a walker into. The remotes were temperamental and the battery backing was lost. The mattresses were hard as logs. You could hear people in the hallway.
