The host was so kind and helpful and gave us so much information on what to do in Seoraksan. The hostel itself was so cute and very well decorated. You could tell so much care went into it.

Yoo, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a great location, you can easily explore the whole town from there. Bus stop is 1 minute walk.
The room is spacious and has everything you need.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! As other reviews mention, Yoo is awesome and so kind and provided a detailed explanation of the area and his recommendations at check-in.
There's a convenience store and a bus stop right outside that takes you to the national park and to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you can walk to the fish market, the pavillion, and smaller beaches too.
The hostel was beautiful with really cute decorations everywhere. There's a very cute indoor-outdoor common area, a place to dry laundry, and water dispensers on every floor. My single room was spacious and comfortable! I would highly recommend it!
The only problem I had was that the WiFi didn't work in my room (on the 3rd floor).

Close to bus routes and main express bus terminal for next day travel
Bunk bed mattress shot the most comfortable I’ve slept on 🙂
