What a delight to enter the impressive lobby with the best Goan view and to be welcomed by attentive smiling cheery staff.
The stroll through the delightful lush gardens, past the very well maintained pool to our room was picture perfect.
The North Goan a la Carte Restaurant was made extra special by the knowledgable head chef but all the restaurants were very comfortable and worthy of 5 stars.
Yoga mornings, lazy beach days. Good food. Perfect.
It was unfortunate that the beach bar was not yet up and running.

The location, and well spread out.
Slowness of service in restaurants

Location, landscape, private beach and swimming pool.
The restaurant struggles to manage the crowd at peak hours. Folks in there are utterly confused on what is priority and order of items to be delivered at table.

Huge property with quick pvt beach access!! The gardeners have done remarkable work in maintaining the vegetation sooo well. Ours was lagoon facing room and it was amazingly beautiful.
The worst thing about hotel was one lady staff sitting at On-call reception number in the evening and night hours of 29th June,2026. On my repeated calls and request she didnt provide me with anything and when i said i ll report you only then my ordered item arrived with a delay of over 1.5 -2 hours (i just ordered tea items and a cup). Imagine u realy need a good tea instantly and u get to make it in ur room after 2 hours just cz u are not getting supply of things!!! She was soooooo slow in her response i felt like some old granny has been made to sit and take calls of guests. That was ridiculous on part of a 5 star chain like ITC. Please either warn her or remove her from that seat atleast.
