Υπέροχη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο , το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό , οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν διαθέσιμοι για κάθε πληροφορία.

Excellent stay at a wonderful hotel right near the beach. Avra the owner was such a gracious host and did everything to make my stay exceptional. Avra even recommended a lovely local Greek Tavern to have dinner at which was right on the beach. The hotel itself is a 1 to 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Its a peaceful place to stay, with a lush gardens outlook, and the excellent air-conditioning in the room is welcoming on hot sunny Greek days. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Tolo.

Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ που έμπαιναν κάθε μέρα στο δωμάτιο για να καθαρίσουν. Μάλιστα, την μία μέρα που ήθελα να πάρω κάτι από το δωμάτιο που το είχα ξεχάσει, με πέτυχε η κυρία της ρεσεψιόν και ζήτησε την άδειά μου να μπουν να καθαρίσουν και από αυτό και μόνο χάρηκα πάρα πολύ! Μου άρεσε επίσης πάρα πολύ και η ευγένειά της. Ήταν τόσο ευγενική μαζί μας, που δεν μπορώ να το περιγράψω. Τέλος, όταν ήταν να φορτώσουμε τα πράγματά μας στο αυτοκίνητο για να φύγουμε, μας βοήθησε να μετακινήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας και να φορτώσουμε το αμάξι.
Η μπανιέρα ήταν λίγο μικρή (ίσα ίσα χωρούσες να μπεις), έβγαιναν νερά και σαπουνάδες από το φρεάτιο, βρέχοντας την πετσέτα ποδιών (έτσι όπως ήταν ο χώρος, δεν μπορούσαμε να την τοποθετήσουμε μακριά από το φρεάτιο) και ενώ η βάνα της μπανιέρας ήταν στο τέρμα κρύο, το νερό έβγαινε καυτό και αργούσε πολύ να έρθει στο ανεκτό επίπεδο.

The few things I prioritise: pillows, mattresses and cleanliness - I slept amazingly well and everything is spotless.
The building is old - which the owner acknowledges and they upgrade something every year - recently the mattresses and the aircon were upgraded so she was happy to hear we slept so well.
For a 1 star establishment, my family and I (two double rooms) were very happy with our stay of 3 days and could have stayed longer.
We used the garden to eat our breakfast and lunch - and to sit out in.
If you are looking for (super) deluxe /new - this is not for you - but if you are looking for a family owned and run business 150 metres from the main shopping street and restaurants with personal touch - go ahead.
