Great location

It was in a perfect location, was very clean and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay.

The weather was very hot 40° and the air conditioner in the lounge room didn't cool the bedroom. It was very difficult to sleep.

The location was brilliant. Right in the centre of beautiful Orvieto, looking towards the Duomo. We had everything we needed there. It was a great option for a family.

The air conditioner did not reach the bedrooms. We were there when it was extremely hot (high 30’s). This is probably not an issue for most of the year. . If you have any mobility issues, be aware it’s in the third floor with no lift.
