Very good Ubud-ish Villa. I was personally worried having booked a villa without reading the reviews and in Google maps and here they are questionable. I MUST say! There was no communication problem with the stuff at all. They’re staying nearby and ready to help.

Staff fantastic. The Villa suited our family perfectly and the pool was magnificent
The lounge seating was a little uncomfortable

It was open and the pool was nice. There was a lot of options for breakfast which was good especially for the kids. The staff were lovely and were there to help with anything.
Mosquito coils and bug spray were provided which was nice.
The pond around the bedroom was cool. The kids enjoyed looking at the fish and found frogs in the lily pads.
It wasn’t very toddler friendly, ok for older kids.
One room had an open spot in their bathroom that was accessible from outside the property.
Another bedroom had a broken bed.
The property is definitely a little run down compared to the photos.
We had electricity issues during our stay (not blackout related) but the staff were really helpful in getting it sorted.
