Greenery, plenty of space for a big group, even though it is a community of villas it was quiet and pool was not crowded neither.
We had to take our trash to some containers on the side of the road, away from the property. Hosts do not speak English.

Excellent al the way. Host very friendly making up for language barrier between us and the guest.
The pool an absolute pleasure for the kids.
Good location to explore Montenegro.
The mosquitos!!!
Poor WiFi signal.
Lack of mirror in lower level bedroom.
No shop nearby.
No where to hang dish cloths.
Communication problem with host, but his son was an excellent interpreter in the Ukraine via Watchapp.

Nice view from balconies. Clean. Helpful host Nikola. Nice and clean pool. Exactly as on the pictures. AC works well.
Would have liked to step outside the property and take a walk to shop or restaurant but there were none nere the house. Car is absolutely mandatory.
A lot of stairs. Inside the house and outside from parking lot to the house.

Very well equipped apartment, clean, the host is helpful and friendly, air conditioning in each room, nice view - nothing to complain about in terms of the apartment itself
The place was advertised under Suntime Villa 7 complex as a separate house with 4 bedrooms (as a stand-alone house), in fact, it is only managed by Suntime Villa 7 hosts and it's located at a different spot closer to the sea. What is advertised as a house is actually a very nice flat, with people living at the lower and higher levels. The same apartment is listed as a separate item on booking under Apartment Julia name. So if you're expecting a villa, be careful wich house you're booking
