Very beautiful stay! Francesco is a fantastic Host who is extremely responsive and helpful. Prior to our check in he sent a list of places to see, eat near the property.
The property is outside Monopoli but only a 10-15m drive so this property is best suited if you have a car.
The villa is super peaceful and the pool is a nice touch also! Francesco also owns a beautiful greyhound which is extremely friendly!
Highly recommended
Only negative was the shower, It does flood quite easily as the drainage isn’t the best. If the shower pressure is medium to high pressure water floods out very easily.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung auf einem hübschen Anwesen in absolut ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung. Wir konnten zur Ruhe kommen und die Seele baumeln lassen.
Gleichzeitig ist die Unterkunft idealer Ausgangpunkt für Ausflüge nach Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, ... sowie wunderschöne Strände.
Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne große Garten mit seinen vielen Bäumen, darunter auch Obstbäume, und unterschiedlichen Pflanzen. Der Poolbereich bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen und eine angenehme Abkühlung. Oft hatten wir den Pool für uns. Der Gastgeber ist auch total nett. Wir waren nur drei Tage dort und hätten auf jeden Fall noch ein paar Tage bleiben können!
Gibt nichts zu Meckern :)

Devo dire che dalle foto, sembrava tutta un’altra tipologia di struttura. Poca privacy tra gli appartamenti, nemmeno un separè o una tenda, poca cura del verde che circonda la tenuta. La villa sembra lasciata un po’ a sé, con i servizi un po’ attempati, vedasi i lettini o tubi vari che spuntano in piscina. Nei bagni non c’è acqua corrente ma acqua del pozzo.
